Anyways...

I love coming up with story ideas. It's so much fun being creative and following your ideas of what works and what doesn't. It's also fun to play around with cliches and stereotypes and do them in a new fashion. I have many story ideas, some of them original, some of them fanfiction.

But actually writing them down in book form? Pain in the neck. I absolutely suck at descriptions and going into detail without overusing certain words. Yes, I'm aware that making your stories TOO detailed is a bad thing, but everybody also says to "show, don't tell". I'm good at SDT in a story-telling way (don't say your character is tough and actiony without actually SHOWING them be tough and actiony). But NOT when it comes to descriptions and text. I can NEVER come up with adequate descriptions. I know what to say, but never HOW to say it.

This is why I don't post stories very often, and why, if I ever post my Komodo Island screenplay, it'll be in Wikipedia synopsis form.
